Subject Problem using Apostrophe in INSERT Query

When a user subscribe to the newsletter, the comersus_optNewsletterAddEmailExec.asp page is called, and returns an error line 85 Error 80040e14 : Syntax_error_(missing_operator)_in_query_expression_''Réduction_pour_la_lettre_d'information'...

It's caused by Apostrophes.

Should we urlencode this text ? or other thing..
