Now when I test the email in Diagnostics, I get

I don't know what you mean by 'You can enter that information at BackOffice, Settings'. If you mean use ..../comersus/backofficelite/comersus_backoffice_settingsModifyForm.asp, it won't let me, it takes me straight to the Installation Wizard beginning, and doesn't recognise that some of the answers have been entered and are in the database already.
