I don't understand your reply, I haven't been asked (by either the installation page or the diagnostics page)for a password for my SMTP server.
Moreover, when I send emails from other pages on my website, I don't specify one - I don't actually specify the smtp server name - I don't need to.
Also, you haven't answered my first point:
1. I think there might be a file, comersus_supportError.asp, missing from diagnostics.zip
