Still can't get installation program to come up |
Hi.
I worked with the LunarPages techs for 10 days to get my website, AchieveYourPassion.com, on an ASP supported server. I've gone through the permissions instructions and allowed file sharing on the comersus database folder. Then, using Dreamweaver's "put" function, I FTPed the files to my host. When I first go to the comersus folder or the backoffice lite folder, the installation wizard still does not come up. Is there something special about Internet Explorer 8 that I need to set? Is there any way to run the installation wizard separately? I really need to get this shopping cart feature set up. I have books out at retailers and this website cannot accept orders.
