I've entered the order number as requested
Any help answering the following question would be greatly appreciated.
I've added The PayPal Payment Method and email.
Where do you choose paypal upon checkout? The credit card drop down? is there a link?
Also it might help to know that the paypal gateway file was not originally in my version or it was missing I copied it from the most recent version.

originally there was only:
